Mosh is seeking an empathetic, tech-savvy Outbound Acquisition Specialist to help guide potential clients through our process and answer any questions they may have. You’ll play a key role in engaging prospective customers and collaborating with our Customer Success Team to ensure a smooth client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with prospective customers via outbound calls to provide information and answer any questions about Mosh and our process.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries on our live chat to support prospective customer engagement.
- Liaise with the Customer Success Team to address any questions or challenges prospective customers encounter.
Position Details:
- Location: Remote, with optional office access in Surry Hills, Sydney.
- Hours: 20 hours per week, across 4-5 days.
- Rate: $30 per hour.
Requirements:
- Excellent phone manner with strong verbal communication skills.
- High level of empathy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Proficient in IT/computer skills and able to navigate multiple systems comfortably.
- Previous experience in a similar customer-facing role.
- Based in Australia and available at least 4 days per week (20 hours total).
