Ventia’s Defence Base Services (DBS) team at RAAF Pearce, Bullsbrook is looking for a Project Supervisor to join our team.
As the Project Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for delivering key civil and building construction projects that ensure RAAF Pearce continues to operate at peak efficiency. You’ll coordinate sub-contractors, manage project budgets, and collaborate with Defence personnel, all while experiencing the thrill of working on a Defence base with planes soaring above!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Scope, price, and plan projects: Prepare detailed project proposals, including complex cost estimates and technical alternatives
• Work closely with Defence personnel: Coordinate with a range of stakeholders to define project objectives, timelines, and budgets
• Lead subcontractor coordination: Ensure smooth project execution by managing subcontractors and sourcing competitive pricing and high-quality work
• Manage projects from start to finish: Oversee project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
• Uphold safety and quality: Follow established risk management, quality, and safety procedures to maintain a safe, efficient work environment

What You Bring to the Table:

• Cost planning & project management: Strong knowledge of principles and practices
• Construction & maintenance experience: Background in civil construction and reactive maintenance is highly regarded
• Negotiation & relationship-building: Ability to influence and establish effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Computer proficiency: Competent in MS Office; experience with MMS SAP systems is advantageous
• OHS Card: Current White/Blue Card

What You Need to Know:

Defence Security Clearance: You must be an Australian citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting 1 clearance
National Police Clearance and a valid Australian driver’s licence are required
