About The Role
Ventia are seeking an experienced Team Leader within our Ventia Operations Centre (VOC) to provide leadership and direction to dispatch/help desk teams on a daily basis ensuring performance of key service levels across multiple 24/7 national and state-based projects for Ventia.

About You
Ideally you will have a minimum 2 years’ experience in a leadership role with a sound understanding of the operations and maintenance environment in telecommunications technical service centre or utility industry.
