About the role:
A newly created position reporting to our Senior Manager Internal Engagement & Projects, our Internal Communications Advisor can use your exceptional writing capability to excite and delight our people and help shape the conversation at Ventia.
Joining a small but mighty team you will support production of captivating content through multiple channels to help drive culture and engagement across the organisation. This includes employee newsletters, town halls, internal development “lunch and learn” content, email communications, Viva Engage posts and much more.
You will often work to tight timeframes, across multiple and varied content creation activities using your ability to prioritise and partner with stakeholders throughout the business.
Everything we do has purpose and connects back to our focus on having “people at the heart” of what we deliver.
Based in our beautiful corporate head office in North Sydney, this role offers flexible working with time in the office and working from home.
