This is a new role designed to help manage the rapid growth of new clients being engaged. We have a vacancy for an experienced Bookkeeper up to 15-25 hours per week to assist with the “Onboarding Process” for new clients and establishing the bookkeeping processes before handing the task to the Business Manager to delegate to an available bookkeeper.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate some or all of these:
· 3-5 years bookkeeping experience (must have).
· engaging new clients.
· excellent MYOB/XERO skills.
· confidence setting up bookkeeping processes.
· bank account reconciliation.
· recording creditor invoices, and customer invoices.
· managing payroll systems.
· experience in Building Trade and Hospitality.
· qualification in bookkeeping an advantage.
