Positions available:

• Full-time Monday to Friday and every second Saturday: Brookvale
• Part-time (days and times to be discussed but will include some Saturdays): Mona Vale and Hornsby

The Role:

• Educate and guide customers in selecting and installing the safest child car seats for their family.
• Demonstrate the features of car seats and how they work.
• Install car seats in accordance with safety guidelines and standards.
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with customers.
• Work independently while reporting to the Area Manager.

To excel in this role, you will:

• Be physically capable of lifting car seats and working in and around vehicles.
• Have at least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Be able to work unsupervised and solve problems as they arise.
• Exhibit a strong work ethic, punctuality, and take pride in your personal appearance.
