ABOUT THE ROLE
The Construction Manager is responsible for delivering construction support within their branch and overseeing their specific portfolios. This role involves developing strong client relationships and providing exceptional tender bid support that goes above and beyond client expectations.

ABOUT YOU
As the successful candidate, you will need to have extensive experience in Project or Construction management where you have successfully collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders and clients, consistently achieving positive outcomes.
You will need to have a strong record in budget management within a multi-disciplinary business environment.
Desirable Experience:
Roading/Civil construction experience preferably within the local region as well as Familiarity with NZS3910 contracting requirements are an advantage.
Education and Qualifications:
Class 1 NZ Driver’s Licence and a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) along with NZCE qualifications or equivalent.
