About the role
As part of our on-going contract with the Department of Justice, Ventia have a rare opportunity for a qualified and experienced Court Security Manager to join the Kununurra Courthouse team in WA. This role is offered as a full-time permanent opportunity, however, because of the operational nature of courts, some flexibility around working hours is required at times.
Reporting directly into the Assistant Director, this role will see you as a critical member of the management team, where you will provide vital support and assistance in the delivery of an effective and efficient court operation and support the development of your team.
In addition, you will ensure the correct deployment of staff across the region and be responsible for the day-to-day performance of the Deputy Court Security Manager and Court & Custody Officers who fall under your management.
