About the role:

Join Ventia as our Digital Services Coordinator. This position offers a diverse range of responsibilities and will act as an integral team member of our digital IT Services and technology team.

You will support the Head of Digital Partners and Alliances with reporting, coordinating, planning and analysis to assist in driving initiatives with technology Partners.

You will also be responsible for identifying events and speaking opportunities to uplift Ventia’ brand and profile across the Digital Services landscape.

You will be an effective communicator with a passion for technology able to build strong relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders including our various technology partners and suppliers.

This is a full-time permanent role based from our beautiful North Sydney Corporate Head Office with hybrid working splitting your time in the office and work from home.

What you’ll be doing:

• Digital Services Partnering and governance. Planning and coordination of meetings and minute taking for internal and external stakeholders.
• Events: Compile and maintain event schedule for the coming year for Digital Services attendance and speaking opportunities managing requirement and liaising with event organisers.
• Awards and Ceremonies: Review and recommend relevant industry award entries, gathering input and feedback from stakeholders that will enhance Ventia’s recognition and brand across the digital landscape.
• Driving Brand Awareness: Develop and plan fresh content working with our marketing and web teams to deliver on Digital Services messaging in the marketplace.

About you:

• Relevant degree qualification in IT, Marketing or business discipline.
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to present and influence senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and passion for new technology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
