Field Supervisor – N2P

Join Our Team as a Field Supervisor!

This position is paying up to $120,000 Inclusive of Superannuation

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating and leading a diverse team of skilled tradespeople for exciting construction projects in Canning Vale.

About the role:

• Conduct construction walk-outs and planning to ensure efficient site operations aligned with plans and schedules
• Lead and manage subcontractors, clearly communicating their scopes and addressing any issues with the Area Supervisor/Superintendent
• Collaborate with the Client to secure approvals and Sequence Numbers for changes.
• Proactively manage resource needs and shortages, escalating as necessary
• Work with Site Engineers to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment, reporting any stock deficiencies promptly
• Adhere to warehousing procedures to ensure accurate management of stock issues and returns

About You:

• Trade qualification with supervisory experience
• Knowledge of telecommunications (Telstra/NBN) is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret Telstra and NBN plans is an advantage
• Civil background, with experience in Directional Drills, Ploughing, and Open Trenching
• Proven track record in supervising contractors
• Willingness to travel throughout the state
