Hamelin is a French owned family business and a market leader in the field of manufacturing school and office products. Our products provide support for millions of school children, students, and professionals all over the world in their learning, studies, projects and daily lives. Locally our offices are in Parramatta and we are looking for an enthusiastic marketing assistant to join our team to work with some well known iconic brands.
Key Responsibilities of the role:
- Coordinate, review and update digital content on websites as well as social media platforms.
- Review our customers digital platforms to ensure our products are advertised in the best possible way to drive consumer engagement.
- Assist and support new product launches.
- Create engaging product related material to drive online engagement.
- Design and develop promotional + seasonal marketing programs
- Review market trends and identify opportunities
- Collateral Creation for new and existing products to drive awareness
- Maintain marketing data bases for images, videos and artwork.
- Proofing new or existing artwork for changes or sign-off
- Provide support to make sure timelines are met for sales and marketing projects.
- Plan calendar-based promotions and EDMS to communicate to our customers
- Monthly data analysis of product categories focusing in on gaps & opportunities.
- Coordinate product launches to support customers and sales team
- Preparing customer presentations
- Complete ongoing document updates for our customers and internal product ranges.
- Support the customers and sales team with customer requests
About you
- Tertiary qualifications with a degree in Marketing, Business or similar.
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative suite, Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, can-do approach with the ability to think creatively and adapt quickly
- Ability to prioritise and multitask.
