About the role
We are seeking a Pre-Contract Solution Architect within our Defence & Social Infrastructure team for a permanent full-time opportunity based in either Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane to join a small but focussed team in creating new ways of conducting business.
The Pre-Contracts Solutions Architect is accountable for creating solutions addressing client needs and drivers to build a winning bid submission, facilitating with stakeholders, maintaining exceptional stakeholder relationships, delivery of the elements of the tender in line with Solution Director and Bid Director requirements, for the opportunities in pipeline.
As the successful candidate in this role, some of your core responsibilities will include;
- Work with SMEs and pre-bid teams to ensure our process, systems and organisational design meets the clients’ requirements, delivering profitable growth for Ventia.
- Facilitate collaborative sessions to gain insights from across the business and Industry partners.
- Provide insight into the client’s needs and ensure these are captured within our solutions and response documents.
- Ensure contract scope deliverables and requirements are identified, captured, and documented in our solution and response documents.
- Map scope documents for other parts of the business to ensure system and technology requirements are understood, costed and delivered.
- Engage with potential clients as required to explain our solution from an operational perspective.
- Provide Ventia’s Pre-Contract teams with the necessary documented information in the format required so that written submissions and estimates can be completed.
- Undertake reasonable travel intrastate and interstate as required
About You
You will have tertiary qualifications and/or extensive experience in Operations, Business Management, or Solutions Development within a similar industry.
You will also possess:
- Practical experience in facilitating teams
- Demonstrated success in balancing multiple projects at the same time
- Ability to collaborate with and inspire a team of professionals and operational delivery teams
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with demonstrated ability in influencing outcomes across stakeholders
