About the Role:
As our Senior People & Culture Business Partner you will report to our General Manager of People and Capability for our Defence and Social Infrastructure sector. You will provide proactive and strategic P&C advice to deliver high performance outcomes for our business leaders supporting key P&C Projects.
This position will work closely with a number of our business enabling functions including Commerical and Business Development, Energy Services, Pre-Contracts, Project Management and Asset Management functions with a truly diverse range of stakeholders and workforce.
You will be accountable for delivering a wide scope of P&C functions including employee relations, performance management, change management, workforce planning, engagement, training and development, coaching and career talent management as well as internal mobility and Diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Based in Ventia’s Melbourne office, this role will work permanent part time 3 days per week.
