New gender target as Ventia secure Austin Health contract

Our Featured Employer, Ventia, the current provider of facilities management at Austin Health, has been awarded the new Austin Health Integrated Facilities Management (FM) contract following a tender conducted by the client.

Under the contract, Ventia will provide services to three Austin Health campuses and six satellite sites. The scope of the services includes facility management, corrective and preventative maintenance, pest control, and property lease and fleet management.

Importantly, Ventia is looking forward to increasing both female and Indigenous participation in the Austin Health contract team, targeting a 50/50 gender split and 6% Indigenous employment.
