Event: What does it mean to become a Family Friendly Workplace? (Thu 2 Dec)
Family Friendly Workplaces certification recognises organisations for their proactive efforts to support employees align their work, caring and wellbeing needs, endorsing them as a Family Inclusive Employer against a set of National Work + Family Standards.
Next week on Thursday 2nd of December, Family Friendly Workplaces Founder Emma Walsh will be interviewed by the Australian HR Institute (AHRI) on what it means to become a certified Family Inclusive Workplace™ how it supports the Australian business community and the process involved.
Emma will explain what this is, how certification will benefit businesses in the current ‘Great Resignation’ and how to achieve certification.
Why Certify? To be recognised, to be inclusive, be benchmarked against other Australian businesses, be an employer of choice and to be a thriving workplace! The FFW certification is a new initiative taken up by some of the largest businesses in Australia including Medibank, Commonwealth Bank, Deloitte, QBE, Randstad Risesmart and KPMG.
